Staff accommodating, tried to meet needs and spoke English. Soya milk available, good for lactose intolerant. High standard food at dinner. Breakfast had enough variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Issue with shuttle driver handled well. Early flight breakfast bag sent to room. Convenient location to airport. Clean room and reasonable breakfast buffet. Nice patisserie across the street and supermarket nearby. Rush hour traffic to airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Naples and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. This place is simply amazing! The staff, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful, made sure that all of my needs were taken care of during my short stay. They even went above and beyond by having breakfast ready for me bright and early at 4:45 am, ensuring that I had a smooth start to my day. The spacious room provided breathtaking views of the city and the New Year fireworks were simply spectacular. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a truly restful night's sleep. The bathroom was adorned with beautiful tiles, adding a touch of elegance to my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located near to the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a quiet room away from the main road. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of travelling. Despite being close to the airport, we were pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The proximity to these amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered a buffet breakfast with a decent range of choices to start the day off right.

It is worth mentioning that there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

The staff was cute and provided excellent service. They made sure all our needs were taken care of, including preparing breakfast for us early in the morning and arranging affordable transportation to the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a private and quiet atmosphere. The automatic shutters were effective in blocking out light and noise, great to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's facilities, including the gym, were well-maintained and useful. the location was convenient as it was close to restaurants and bars, making it easy for us to explore the city.

Everything is what we need and want.
